Philip Armstrong-Dampier joined ITN in 2000. Philip seeks out original commissions from broadcasters in the UK and across the globe including ITV, Channel 4, Five, Discovery, National Geographic and A&E Networks.

At ITN Factual, Philip has executive produced more than 200 programmes including Diana - The Witnesses in the Tunnel (Channel 4), The First Head Transplant (Five/National Geographic) and Science of Interrogation (National Geographic/Discovery Canada). More recently ITN Factual produced its first ever HD series Pandamonium for Animal Planet and the Channel 4 series What Really Happened which saw journalist Jacques Peretti going behind the tabloid headlines of celebrities such as Michael Jackson, Ian Burrell, Dodi Al Fayed and Heather Mills.

Prior to working for ITN Factual, Philip worked for Twentieth Century Fox, CBS News, Thames Television and Television South. As an independent he ran his own company, Outpost Films.
