Michael E. Katz is Vice President, Programming and Production, International Division, A&E Television Networks. In his present role, Mr. Katz leads the international programming and production activities for A&E Television Networks, including working with worldwide partners to provide creative direction for both existing and new channels. In addition, he oversees the company's international program sales efforts. Previously, Mr. Katz was Vice President, Daytime and Specials Programming, A&E Network, where he oversaw late night and daytime programming, and was responsible for the acquisition, development and scheduling of the network's special event programming with a concentration on world premiere documentary mini-series. Before joining A&E in 1989, A&E, Mr. Katz was Executive Producer of WABC-TV. He was responsible for The Morning Show's entry into national syndication as Live With Regis And Kathie Lee and received an Emmy for the local show in 1983 and an Emmy nomination for the national show in 1989.
